This letter concerns Mr. Pápai’s visit to Nyíregyháza on Thursday. Dr. Szabó was very nice to give him an appointment and the next day they talked on the phone. She examined Mr. Pápai and did some warming procedures to ease his pain. She also prescribed some medication for him to take until the surgeries are done. As for the surgery, Mr. Pápai would need three of those. Each would cost 60,0000 HUF. Unfortunately, it is still not affordable for his family. They have no way to get the money. Dr. Szabó suggested that they contact the Protestant Bishop in Bereghovo and ask for his support. There is some kind of a foundation that provides financial support for surgeries and various other treatments. However, the family previously asked for that support but their request was turned down. If anyone out there is able to help, please contact SARA as soon as possible.
